The position is based in the German head office in D&uuml;sseldorf, it is a permanent, full-time role and offered as hybrid (3 days office/ 2 days home-office).

This entry-level sales role is perfect for an ambitious person looking to advance their career in B2B sales. You will work closely with experienced salespeople and leverage your interpersonal skills to establish new customer contacts, schedule appointments, support the sales process with relevant insights. What you will do:
<ul>
<li>Schedule new business appointments through networking and lead sourcing activities (cold calling via email/phone/networking).</li>
<li>Conduct discovery calls to qualify opportunities.</li>
<li>Monitor and record sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system</li>
<li>Present to and consult with the client</li>
<li>Work towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs</li>
<li>With time also negotiate and close deals</li>
<li>Work with sales technologies such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, and Salesforce.</li>

Your qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Ideally University degree in Business or an equivalent education</li>
<li>Some experience in direct sales B2B</li>
<li>Ideally experience within either business development, telesales, inside sales, outbound call centre, lead generation, telemarketing or sales support</li>
<li>Excellent relationship building skills</li>
<li>An interest in market research and marketing</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>Fluent German and good English</li>

Your new duties and responsibilities
As the new Marketing Manager &ndash; EMEA, you will be an integral part of the global marketing team, reporting to the Global Head of Marketing based in the United States. You will be responsible for all aspects of developing, executing, monitoring, and reporting on the marketing strategy for the DACH and EMEA regions. This includes creating marketing and communication strategies, introducing new products, and driving market development.

Your new responsibilities will include:

<li>Collaborate with your counterparts globally and align the marketing plans and strategy accordingly</li>
